About Kelsey
Welcome to Boone Wellness Collective! I’m Kelsey Boone, the owner, specializing in supporting individuals navigating chronic health conditions, autoimmune diseases, stress, and overall wellness. With 7 years of experience in the nutraceutical industry and a deep passion for integrative nutrition, I offer a holistic approach that addresses the connections between gut health, hormonal balance, and emotional well-being for all genders.
In my practice, I incorporate breathwork and somatics to help you reconnect with your body, reduce stress, and cultivate grounding amidst life’s challenges. Breathwork is a powerful tool I use to support emotional and physical healing, allowing you to tap into the body’s natural capacity for balance and restoration. My breathwork training from Aura Institute complements my nutrition expertise to create a truly integrated approach to wellness.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Virginia Tech and a Master's degree in Integrative Medicine from The George Washington University. As a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (BCNS) Candidate and an intern at the Nutrition and Herbal Collective, I am committed to advancing my knowledge of nutrition and integrative health practices to best support my clients.
Whether you're managing autoimmune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or Crohn’s disease, or simply seeking to improve your overall health, I offer personalized nutrition strategies designed to enhance immune function, improve gut health, and support long-term wellness. My experience in the nutraceutical industry allows me to integrate evidence-based nutritional interventions and supplements to optimize your health outcomes.
Outside of my work, I’m also an artist and create pottery. This creative outlet allows me to express my connection to nature and mindfulness in a different form, which enriches both my personal life and my practice. I am originally from North Carolina and grew up in a small town nestled in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia, a place that fostered my love of the outdoors. When I’m not working with clients or making pottery, you’ll often find me exploring the natural beauty of the world with my two beloved dogs, Gracie and Tina.
At Boone Wellness Collective, my mission is to provide a compassionate, holistic approach to wellness—helping you find balance, resilience, and vitality in body, mind, and spirit. I look forward to partnering with you on your wellness journey.
